Socket Sizes in mm?

Ahoy. Tried a small amount of google'ing without much luck. Basically wanted to change the heatsink in an Xbox360 but to do so, I need to know the sizes for heatsinks which are sold for PCs. I think 360 ones are about 80mm from what I read, but I can always measure myself to double.

I know this probably isn't recommended, but a small amount of money to avoid over-heating or whatever, I don't mind.

If you purchased the xBox in late 2009 or sooner, you won't need to cos the Jasper's a RROD proof.

But if you still wanna do just buy some AC Diamond or MX-4.

It's a Slim, and maybe not much chance it will RROD, but I'd rather be safe than sorry if I could do it easily.

I am sorry but that is complete tripe, jasper xbox's are not safe from rrod at all, they are less likely to rrod than the earlier ones though.

Unless you are prepared to take the xbox out of it's original case there is not much chance of finding a cooler to suit. There is even less of a chance that any pc coolers have the same attachment method either. The best you can do is put the xbox somewhere it can breathe and it should be just fine
