Sofa shop recommendations

I went with Loaf; although I did do roughly what you did and got a cheapie from Made.com. It ended up being returned because it was so uncomfortable but was perfectly usable whilst the Loaf was manufactured.

It is a shame you can't just rock up to the factories in Long Eaton (Derby way).

Which Loaf sofa did you go for. I've just ordered a pair of Smithy's for one of our lounges. They were so comfortable, priced ok for the type of store, but the only reviews are terrible for them.

Furniture Village sell them too which is where we initially saw them, though we then went to their "flagship" store in Chiswick. We're going to order a couple of Lolas soon!
Oh good shout. They're just down the road from us. Although obviously I like the look of the Paloma which is automatically £600 more expensive than the others :p

By far our favourite sofas we've seen so far are from these guys:

if you like stuff by Sofa Brand International (the group that own Lounge Co) then you should look at their factory outlet shop, https://www.sofabrandsfactoryoutlet.co.uk/ some excellent deals on there.

Interesting; reviews terrible for loaf or the specific sofa?

I have a Chatnap with arms as I wanted a sofa bed. I would say my only gripe with it, is a general gripe about feather filled pillows, is that plumping it regularly is an absolute must. Infact if you observe the staff in the 'slow room' that is all they all day, plump up real feather cushions :p

The mattress on the sofabed was about 10x the quality of comparable sofas from DFS/Sofology etc. too.

Edit: Just checked there Trust Pilot. Looks shocking! I think they diversified quite quickly into furniture and it appears to be hurting them, but equally looks like the Long Eaton factory has let them down on sofa quality too. It is a big shame as I found the service, sofa and delivery amazing 2 years ago when I ordered.

I do agree with the first review tho, the chap who says its a shame to sit on it (and he actively avoids sitting on it) as it doesn't look as nice. That is echoing my plumping comment I think :p

Edit2: I also got the £18 mug that is referenced in the comments f.o.c. It has cracked and leaks :o
