Software for recording what's on your screen.

Hi guys,

I'd like to make a video showing what's on my screen.

Any ideas of a bit of a software that can do this? It only needs to be about a minute long and if it could show mouse movements that'd be wicked.

If you search ScreenFlow on the app store - that will do everything you need and more...

Unfortunately, it is a little pricey at £59.99

I'm sure someone will be along soon with a cheaper/free alternative
