Nice topic. I'd say nLite or Billy. Being able to remove the stuff you don't want/need from Windows and add drivers and updates to Windows is a brilliant idea and nLite does this.
A friend of mine uses Billy (mp3 player) and even I have to agree it somehow sounds better than Winamp. Only Winamp's iPod support saves it from being deleted off my PC.
