Initially the PC wouldn't boot at all. It wouldn't even get to the stage where it states the CPU speed. I turned off the PC at the mains, left it for a bit, turned it back on it booted into windows but VERY VERY slowly. When it finally got into Windows it crashed. Stating the following:

Process or thread crucial to system operation unexpectedly exited or terminated

*** STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0x81E60DA0, 0x81E60F14, 0x805F9F88)

What shall I do?

If you had trouble POSTing then it points to a hardware problem.

Try pulling out everything, leaving the graphics card, CPU, and one stick of RAM plugged in.

If it POSTs fine, replace each component bit by bit to see what the problem is.

If it doesn't POST, then do you have another CPU/PSU/graphics card you can try?
