software to backup and mirror mp3 collection?

Hi,

Apologies if this has been covered before but I am trying to find a good, preferably freeware (though will consider paid if not too expensive), program that can both backup my mp3 collection (from one hard drive to another) as well as be able to mirror select folders to my microsd card in my phone.

Can anyone suggest a program that can manage this?
