I use evga percision which is another good one. It works on a lot of videocards not just evga.

RivaTuner is great if you want a lot of advanced controls and dooleys here and there, but if you just want to monitor temp then I'd recommend Precision or GPU-Z over it.

op@My recommendation would be rivatuner for its useful temperature recording functionality.
