Software to monitor line stability

Hi all

Is there any software I can download or use to monitor my line stability.
My internet keeps dropping out but Sky have said my line issues have now been resolved.
Just want to check for myself and try to figure out what's up.

This. Or set up a proper firewall/router like pfSense or IPFire. One of the myriad info screens available on pfSense is this one I just pulled, with a 2 day resolution to make it easier to follow. You can see the bumps in latency when peak time congestion becomes a problem (yay Virgin Media):
