Software to monitor temps and change fan speeds?

What software do people use to monitor their CPU/GPU/HDD temps and to change their fan speeds?

I have used speedfan in the past but I find it quite limited and would like to see what else is out there.

I personally use CPUZ, GPUZ, speedfan and HWMonitor.
it suits my needs at the minute.
if I want to change thr speed of my heatsink fan I use the bios and for the rest I have a fan controller or msi afterburner for my gpu

I use Open Hardware Monitor. Gives me high/low temps, rpms and graph of temps. Been using the 0.5.1 Beta sense it came out. Just changed to 0.6.0 Beta and like it better. Added option of showing fan speed in graph.
