Software to tell me hardware specifications

Is there any free software out there that will give me a COMPLETE hardware listing on the machine its run on with model numbers etc? Things like chipset/wireless/lan/sound/graphics etc?

they dont give much info? compared to something like sisoft sandra they give no info at all

EVEREST Ultimate edition also does this. it's the most comprehensive i believe.
