Solar panel production figures

Hauling today here in sunny Surrey.

Getting the full 5kw, battery is 30% charged. And exporting a good chunk.

Need my MPAN, annoys me I'm giving away free juice after what we've been charged.

Somehow yesterday we managed to have our highest peak ever at 9201.4w, we only have 8740w of panels.

35.32 kWh generated with 25.4 exported and14.46 imported.
12:15? I had a big spike then. Cold, cold, cold. Then boom the full power of the sun erupted. :p

I was out all day, but had planned for the car to start charging at 12. So was well timed.

@Bug One I'm not sure of the exact time, I don't log that but perhaps I should*. I capture the maximum PV directly within Node Red, which has readings about every 5 seconds, the graphs don't have that resolution so often miss the very top peaks. Maximum peaks shown in the graphs are 8.5kW at 12:49, 14:05 and 14:28

*Now done.

Try, VRM\remote console\charge controller\ scroll down to daily history, your daily max PV power output is recorded there for each controller individually

Finally the yellow ball has returned to the east
Just short of 10kwh for the day and the sun is out now properly

Yesterday I fell behind April first 13 days but hopefully today will take me back into May leading April on month to date.
April was very good for sure but was hoping that May would beat it, even if its only by a very small amount.

It does (but no time), interestingly the max on the east garage array yesterday was 2439w (2370w of panels), and an amperage of 44.3A. MPPT's are 150-45, so very close to the maximum current.

I have three arrays, so it easier to monitor for the maximum peak by combining all three in Node Red.

A much improved 18.3kWh yesterday with 5kWh exported.

The first half of May has been dire though. An average of just 15.9kWh per day which is under April's average of 17.3kWh. We've only exported 80kWh so far compared to 219kWh in April.

The 1991-2020 average sunshine in May here is 207 hours. The first half of the month has managed just 54 hours so far!

Trying to work out why our GivEnergy battery/BMS is exporting to the grid when the battery is only 50% charged. :(

Panels are generating 5Kw, and it's dumping 6Kw out to the grid. Wut.

32 currently of which 25 has been exported so far. Half way through the month and up to 365, with 146 in from the grid and 220 out. Looks like the next few weeks shall hopefully see a perk up in the weather after the rainy, cloudy beginning of the month.
