Solar panel production figures

We are i new recored territory now…….still around 3hrs of production still left
I looked at PV Output earlier, and thought you may have a new record, not sure if I will - its going to be close though, apart from half an hour this morning its been a perfect day here as well.

once we hit 5 o’clock the panels really do hit the wall. It drops from 2kwhs down to around 500 in a short space of time. The mancave roof is still in full sun. So will make sense to utilise that next year for extra production in the morning and peak evening flux time…..

im not sure we will get anywhere near 30kwh in a day without them……when i had the roof ones put on, we was short by a good half a metre from fitting 10panels and had to settle for the 8. As my Mrs didnt want 6 landscape (top row) and 4 portrait (bottom row). But i will get the extra panels sorted.

We just had a funny half hour this morning, can't even remember it going cloudy though.

A record day here too with 32.9kWh generated and 19.9kWh exported.

Grid use: 0.1kWh

Also had the weirdness like ronski above but at around 7.30-8.30am so not quite a perfect day. Ive no idea what it was as it was fully sunny.

This was yesterday, I have seen it do 27kwh last year but basically that's max. 4 weeks left until the longest day of the year so we will see if it can go higher.

Pretty cloudy day today. Surprised got over 20 tbh.

So far this month used 140kWh and exported 315kWh - so all in all pretty good!

At this rate though I'm only just going to beat April which is surprising. Unless I have a week of 25+ kWh.

In April I managed 670kWh - we're on track for 720kWh which is still good. Just thought it would be higher considering the weather is brighter. I guess this shows the disadvantages of a 2 tier roof with no west facing panels.

So just going to fall short of 24kwhs again for the second day, but tmrw could be 3rd time lucky.

currently on 309 for the month and looking at the next 10day forecast, i could reach 500kwh for the month, against a target of 386kwh…..

with around 400kwh of that being exported…on a 3.2kw system, thats pretty good.

Currently on 536kwh, looking at next 7 days forecast it seems it should average around 30kwh a day… 10 days left, should be looking at 800+ kWh for May with a bit of luck!

Not a huge amount more than April (which was just over 700), but had a pretty grim week or so in early May which dragged it down.

Still it’s all good, so far for May I’ve imported 458kwh and exported 466kwh which means I’m currently running at £35 in credit for the bill so far! Flux is great (though I wonder if our rates are going to dive with the new cap on the 25th).
