Solar panel production figures

I know, but if someone says they pull 600-700 watts, it could mean anything……i mean i pulled 558 watts for a whole night 12am to 7am….

your pulling 400 every hour…..

You have to average by the hour though, watts or killowatts are just a point in time value, what makes them Wh or kWh is when you plot that across an hour in time. Hell a kettle will burst 2000W for a bit.

So more accurately you would say you pulled 558 Wh over 7 hours rather than 558 Watts.

Maybe you didnt see the post were i stated less than 0.1kwhs
 
Our house (roof) is starting to get some sun now.

January production was 25 kWh
Yesterday we generated more in 5 mins, from 11 to 11:05am, than the whole of December !

Expecting generation to ramp up quickly now to the usual 500+ kWh a month production
