Even worse, the inverter messed up the clock change so we charged up at 5kW at the full rate for an hour last night.

Looking at my Victron charts I don't see anything, it just "lost" the additional hour.

It was so overcast even your generation graph has a cloud on it!

I got a notification from the app that the inverter had synced the time correctly but cant see the extra hour on the graphs.

3.22 for me yesterday anyway.
