I don't use a spreadsheet as such but tend to record my readings here

The inverter manufacturers usually have a software which tracks all that.

Do you know what inverter you are having fitted? @200sols is right, there will probably be an app and web interface with a load of information available.

Plus HomeAssistant can provide more detailed stats if you're that way inclined.
