Same here, my system is generating around 350w right now, batteries at 79% charge
Mine is trickling along at 1400w, also not quite covering my usage. Rubbish!

I wish i was generating 1400W
Terrible day.
Zero exporting today, batteries still only at 84%. Generation has picked up though, now producing a whole 700W

A very dull afternoon today. Its so dull now I'm only generating 180w lol. However, 9.60 generated and 4.60 exported.

Had some sunshine in the morning but only peaked at 4.80kW due to the haze.

Awful day in Devon as well a poor 6.50Kwh made on the house the lowest day I have had on the house system from it's fitting date March 18 this year so no hot water no export as well and the two 9.5 battery's on the house at 20.15 sitting at a low 35% and falling fast
no chance of making it over night on them.
The workshop made 2.10Kwh battery's at 50% so about 200Amp in them at the 12v Hybrid inverter and should just last the night if we are lucky it has to power the Koi pond over night 250w for 11 to 12 hours or it will flick over to the mains. it has not dun that since early March and the winter running power of 100w over night on the pond

Workshop system is South/East
2440w of panels two 720w strings
one 1000w string
Hybrid inverter with 4x 12v 100Amp

Plus grid tie inverter as well

I ended yesterday on 17.6kWh, exported a heady 2.4kWh - woo! 
Today is looking slightly better (I've already exported more than yesterday) so fingers crossed it stays like this!
