Yes, its been dire. In an average December I would expect 118.7kWh from the SE panels (PVGIS) and have only generated 71.8kWh so far.
The NW panels are doing better though. The monthly prediction is 26.9kWh but they've already done 32.6kWh with three days to go.
The SE figures tie in well with the sunshine hours. We've had about 31 hours so far but would expect 60 hours in a normal December (1991-2020 average).
