It does make me want to get more panels on the other roof face, but ideally I'd have another 10kw batter first as I'm not that bothered about exporting, more about reducing my need from the grid.

Bridesmaid again for me today :-(

Moved upto 4th on the average table though, 3rd UK based and 2nd if we discount The Gaff. Give Me Sunshine is going to be untouchable though. He's doing 10% more than me over these last few days with a slightly smaller system.

Nearly 2 years now and I can still never find stuff, hence the 3 tabs staying open. I can't find our team if searching on PVO. Its a great site but needs some UI love.

Edit, lol, nearly 100 days over 2 years!

Another amazing day, I nearly had a perfect curve (for my system) if not for a couple of clouds late afternoon. I can never get a perfect curve due to the export limit of 5kW, which my Sunsynk inverter takes care of once the battery is full mid morning at the moment. I managed to get this interesting graph which shows MPPT2 being clipped to limit the export. All that lost generation :mad:


And the total result was :

25.7 generated and 27.4 exported.

A new best day for 2025. Still a lot of high cloud around up here today so I was happy with that. It's a shame as I think it could do about 30 even this early in the year if it was clear.

This thread is a bad influence. It keeps me thinking about the garage roof (2 x 20sq m facing NE and SW) that I DONT need to do. :p
 
It is a bad influence! I'd like to mount panels on the end wall of our house (south facing) but there is currently a tree blocking this aspect. I have 2 spare mppts on the inverter just waiting too! :D
