Solar panel production figures

@Welshman the thing is a 5kWh battery doesn't give you 5kWh of power, in Oldmans case it shut down at 20% (that can be altered), that means he actually used circa 4kWh, also 4kWh in doesn't equal 4kWh out due to efficiency losses. Perhaps they cook on electric, and that really hammers the battery, once he adds another battery it may well see them through to the next morning.

By the way, if my battery is fully charged late afternoon, I still have battery left the following morning and we have an electric oven, I enjoy using my powerful computer with dual monitors of an evening or a couple of hours in my cinema room, while the wife and daughter watch TV, we have lights on in the rooms we are in if we need them on, I have a server running 24/7 for various reasons, lots of network equipment, two fridge freezers (no bodies ;)) because we're a family and need them.

People live their lives differently, we don't all want to live like electric hermits just to be able to boast about low electric usage, if that suits your life style then that is fine, but it doesn't suit the majority.

Me finding something funny, isnt a criticism of other peoples power usage, as we all live different lives.
Perhaps I took it the wrong way, it just seemed to be poking fun at someone who's trying to use what they generate and he's doing it very cost effectively I might add, roughly £2k, another 5kW battery would be about £1300.

It is impressive how little you use though, my base load is bumped up by my server, and theres a tropical fish tank. I'll have to measure what that uses at some point out of curiosity.

SolarEdge inverter with a SolarEdge battery.

It feeds into the pvoutput via the SolarEdge api. I could perhaps in time look to extract the data elsewhere and then just link the daily generation element.

How odd, could be a SolarEdge issue or PV Output. I have SolarEdge PV but no battery on that system, sometimes the totals don't quite tally.

It's not an issue, but would be nice to get the figures correct, don't know if it's worth emailing SE support or if there is a PV Output forum you could ask on.
