Forgot to post that yesterday I passed the barrier of generating my first 10MWh
already at sub 200w generation so wont be getting more. You need some code to reduce battery charging if grid draw is above s certain amount.it will take quite a while to blow that fuse though, probably much longer than a shower takes.time slot above coincides with when I turned on the shower, came out to get a towel to find our 80amp fuse drawing nearly 19kw so I rushed in and shut it off, turns out mum decided the very second I turned my shower on to turn hers on whilst I was also charging the battery which was pulling 3-4kw from the grid, she has it on high and it draws over 10kw and mine around 5-5.5 as I keep it on low.
Usually doesn't happen, she was dressed and had been up for hours, she just decided for some reason to wash her hair the exact second I wanted a shower, never drew that much power and don't think the fuse has ever been replaced since we have lived here so didn't want to push it too hard. You need some code to reduce battery charging if grid draw is above s certain amount.it will take quite a while to blow that fuse though, probably much longer than a shower takes.
