I do 6.8 yesterday, my array is really starting to suffer due to its sub optimal arrangement for winter sun.

1.3 projected today so that will translate to zero. At least it’s fairly warm so the heat pump is on tickover.

Yep, same issue here. Lots of panels but two of my arrays (4.62kW NW, 3.06kW NE) generate little and the other two (4.8kW SE and 3.06kW SW) get shading at several points of the day. Despite 15.54kW of panels I can just about do 15kWh now on a perfect day. That'll drop to about 12kWh by the Solstice.

The prediction for today is 1.8kWh but we've already done 2.2, so that's something at least. Heat pump is ticking along at 380w here aswell.

I'm at 0.7 kWh today so far, I'd be surprised if we generate 1 kWh, it's dark, wet, and windy.

A rare perfect day and new December record. That in itself isn't surprising with the extra panels, but the SE array actually did 8.6 which is the highest it has ever done in December too.
