I'd personally have a numeric value of zero rather than a "0" for the false part of the formula.

=IF(B11>3000, B11*$G$2, 0)

rather than

=IF(B11>3000, B11*$G$2, "0")

Also, you need to apply the currency formatting to the bonus column.
