Some advice on if to upgrade GPU and to what?

I would be careful getting a 390 with a 500w PSU no? Calculator says I'm pulling up to 570w in my similar rig.

Edit. Just saw your psu upgrade. Nice.
 
Might well end up going to future proof next year with the new equivalent of Fury or Titan - but having just coughed up for rest of components having to watch pennies currently ;)/
