well im not about to pay £700 for a pc that was broken?? if i refund him the full amount thats what it would mean?

But you sold the PC, you'd paid 700 quid for it, so it was valued at 700 pound, therefore you owe him 700 pound.
It's not our fault your an idiot.
I hope he takes you to small claims.

you are missing the whole point!

if you received a broken item, then you should WAIT for outcome from paypal.

seller have every right to ask for the pc back.......but you sold the pc LOL

you'll have to be careful with that situation, seller can tell paypal he never got the pc back from you then paypal will looks at it as fraud then paypal will take £700 from you. GL

only option i can see you got is give full £700 back to him.

I think you’re missing the point here. Please go back read the advice given and write 100 times as follows.

"I'm sorry I made a mistake selling the pc before finding out what the outcome of my complaint was. I will refund the seller the full amount because I have no goods to prove what I'm claiming. I have learnt my lession the hard way and would like to say sorry to all the members of OCUK forums for repeating themselves"

oh late merry christmas y'all :p
