Some decent but not overly expensive LED Downlights (chrome/some sort of metal)

I'd think twice before putting cool white lights in a living room for me it just feels horrible they are great in a bathroom or kitchen for task lighting though!
 
Found these online. Seems to have the specs I need.

6.5mm cut out diameter which should be ok for me. As my holes ATM are 6 or 6.5. meaning if I do need to make bigger it's not by a huge amount

They are fire rated

I would probably go for these downlights and then pick decent dimmable bulbs from somewhere else as I don't know what ones they have. Look like generic bulbs
