Thats a nice looking car but way too many miles on the clock. You should have a 335i for 18k easy and as fox said that one looks very boring.

My dad will be selling his one for around that and its only got 30k on the clock so shop around and you will find something.

If your only doing 5k per year there is really no point in getting the 335D as they cost more to buy anyway.
