I suspect that is referring to the front usb ports. Mosts mobos have there own I/O plate which you use instead of the pre-fitted case one, so don't worry about mobo usb ports at the back.

Yep, the mobo and case are both fine and will let you install a floppy drive.

The mobo has 4 usb ports at the back, and the case lets you have 2 front usb ports, giving you a total of 6.
