Hi,
I have been out of the loop for a while now so I am a little bit behind the times with current storage technology.
Basically, as it stands I have a laptop as my main PC, which at current stores all my media/movies. I then use my Xbox 360 to connect to my laptop so I can watch my media content on my LCD TV.
I also have a netbook for my daughter for watching all her childrens films.
My laptap HDD is starting to get full so I am looking for an alternative place to store my media.
Am I right in saying that my best option would be a NAS drive? I also have a 500Gb Esata HDD that I store all my back-ups on, but I like to keep this just for backups and then switch off/ remove it when not in use.
If NAS is the way forward then what is the best bang for buck at the moment?
Many Thanks in advance for any comments
Regards
Paul
