I have an E6750.

Looking at my motherboard BIOS (abit IP35) I see the following volatges

CPU Core - 1.3375V
CPU VTT - 1.2V
MCH - 1.25V
ICH - 1.5V
CPU GTLREF - 63%

I appreciate that the BIOS doesn't always display properly, it's not the values so much but what they are

CPU Core - sounds pretty self-explantory
CPU VTT - What is this?
MCH - Is this the Northbridge Voltage?
ICH - Is this the Southbridge Voltage?
CPU GTLREF - What is this?

For overclocking I assume the most important ones are

CPU Core and MCH - is that correct?

Cheers,

Nigel

CPU VTT is basicly the front side bus voltage
MCH is indeed the northbridge
ICH is indeed the southbridge
CPU GTLREF is Gunning Transceiver Logic and from what i understand is more important for quad core 65nm overclocks

Your board should clock that to 3.2 to 3.4 without to much effort, providing you are only using 2 ram sticks (4 will need much more nb volts) and you psu will still provide enough stable power
