our neighbour (family of 12 yes 12) over the last 6-9 years now we had the neighbours from hell, you name we had it from them loud music, banging, throwing stones, kicking balls at our cars, windows, garage door ,you name it we had it thrown over into our back garden so on etc. becouse of this we had to install cctv for evidence.so over the last year now we started to get the father of the household everytime he come back in his car and gets out he always looks over to our front door or my daughter bedroom window.we find this very strange or are we being paranoid. few years ago my daughter at the time was 6 playing in the paddling pool in the back garden and my wife was up stairs in my sons bedroom tidying up when she looked out to check on the kids she seen him next door bending down and peeping through the fence at her.
what your opinions on this ? what would you do ?

I'd wait a few years then post about his noncery on a computer forum.

Having suffered with both neighbours from hell and being the target of local hoodlums for an extended period (windows shattered, threats, yadda yadda)...

... as painful as it is, the only options are to put up with it and hope it blows over as the family grows up, or sell up and move for the sake of your own sanity.

Play some loud music, (I suggest darude sandstorm) and coax them on side with some cheap lager.

In time, you will build a bond strong enough for him to lower his guard. When he does, mate with his wife.

I have two questions. Why cant you be bothered to make a post that has decent punctuation, and why have you let someone perv over your daughter?
It's time to take a long look in the mirror to find out who you are and decide who you want to be. I don't care about your dyslexia, native language or whatever excuse you have. I don't care anything about you, I don't know you. Be strong, make the change. If that means moving away to protect your family or dealing with the problem while staying where you are, just make sure you take action. Do something before something unrecoverable happens.
