Im looking to buy a good graphics card with my new rig, but all the GT cards are on pre-order. How long until they are in stock? roughly?
In the GTX, this is on offer,

Would that be a good card and also it says its OEM, does that mean I need to buy a cooler for it?

No, OEM means it comes with minimal frills, software, games, etc. It'll come with a cooler.

OEM just means no box, likely just the drivers cd and wrapped in a bag, the cooler is part of the card. 8800GT's looking like around 20th November for them to come back in most places.

Your best off constantly looking for GT's as they do appear in stock all the time, but they are going like lightning seen as everyones after them, there was a place had 30+ BFG OC GT's in yesterday, but all gone today.

I know one major supplier that currently has a 1000 GT cards on pre-order and today got a part delivery of 30

People at the back of the queue may be waiting till December before they get their card.
