Some racing games for PC?

Its certainly not better than Witcher 2, Trine 2, Alan Wake and Metro 2033
 
Dirt3 would be nice, if it didn't force you to do lame gymkhana events before you can progress to the next event, so imho id avoid this title if you actually like to race in your racing games.

in my grumpy old opinion if you want a satisfying racer go for GRID, i completed that game multiple times and couldn't put it down.

Also i have to say im quite enjoying NFS: The run atm, despite its flaws with its dodgy story and cut scenes, game looks absolutely stunning =)
