Some shots from Leeds today

I know this is a bit of an old thread, but there are some nice spots down by the Calls if you get there at the right time. You can shoot from the bridge crossing over to the Sainsbury's or from the beergarden of the pub just up from there, and there are usually a few canal boats that make nice colourful subjects. In the evening in winter the sun goes down just off the line of the canal, so it lights the scene quite well without shining right into your lens.

You can also get some decent shots of the corn exchange detailing the patterns of the roof, or in the centre of town I suggest shooting upwards at the tall modern buildings and playing with the geometrical shapes they make.
