some weird issue with pc

Evening all

so today I plugged in my usual Xbox controller and headset and now every 2 mins I get a pop up from Gigabyte saying you just unplugged a device, then seconds later it says you just plugged device in...

what is causing this issue? Very annoying when trying to game

Have you tried a different USB slot?

If connected via a hub/case panel try rear motherboard outputs.

I connected the controller into new USB slot and so far so good.. Cheers bud
