Someone vandalised my car

At the weekend some ****** thought it would be a good idea to take a key to the side of my car and give it a new look. The results is below:



I'm afraid the image quality isn't great but you can see that it's gone right down to the primer underneath.

I've been told to try chipsaway but is this going to be the best way to get it repaired? Are they any good? The rest of the body work is in brilliant condition so I don't want a half decent job. Is a respray of the panel going to be the only way to do it and if so roughtly how much will it cost?

And as little as £70! Not as bad I had first thought.

lol. It's my girlfriend taking the picture. The shirt is checkered (in different girly colours) and it's Miss Sixty, not Spiderman!
