something badly wrong with seagate 7200.10

i have just noticed that my very noisey seagate is getting a very poor ramdom access speed 32.1ms, its no longer a laughing matter im sick of this giger counter i purchased and i wondered why i was getting terrible windows performance. what way does it work when returning goods that your not happy with to o/c?

legally you have 7 working days to return an item you dont want faulty or not for a full refund

its just over 30days from purchase, i have to rma it back to seagate, thank god because i cant stand its terrible noise
