Something Big is Coming......

Looks very nice :-)

Given three cards, seems like a low overclock on the CPU ? (I'm used to SandyBridge overclocks... haven't looked at 'E' overclocks - feel free to school me here!!). I also appreciate this is a system being sold from a shop, so therefore has to be reliable!!

There is something just not quite right in the case labs cases, don't get me wrong they're nice cases but.. it's the top with that line round it, it looks like a school project and unfinished.

Hi Locky,

Are you talking about the red line at the top or something else? If the red line I added that - sort of ROG embellishment, pity you don't like it, but easily removed and back to clean lines. These cases are awesome though to build in, and so versatile.

No mate, I'm not talking about your case :)

Just the entire range with the pull off top, it just doesn't look right, might be just me.

Don't get me wrong - they are the water cooling case to have but they could have styled them a bit better that's all.

I have to say I agree with Locky. It looks like there wearing some kind of cap.
Same for the 900D I would have ordered one but I want a single piece side panel not one that's all in bits. If I wanted one in bits I would have ordered a LD case a long time ago.
I want functional but simple nothing more nothing less.

yep red line ruins it :(

I wasn't on about that lol

Lol you guys have me wondering now whether I should remove my embellishments - suppose I just went a bit overboard with the ROG colours.

Locky: I see what you mean about the gap round the top removable piece - does spoil the aesthetics a bit, might have to see If I can work out a mod to hide it that looks good.Think I will also contact caselabs and ask them if they can change the design to get rid of the gap.But all in all lets face it every case hase a downside somewhere, depending on your needs or viewpoint. Now what do I do about the red lines? Mmmmmmm :o

so a build based around a 3930k with 3 msi 7970 lightings with extremely high end custom watercooling using top qaulity components at every opportunity designed and built by the top system builders at overclockers and overclocked by one of the best overclockers in the world isn't worth that price? I'd say it was probably worth the £5.5k

yes, during my time with MSI, I arranged for EK to make blocks for the Lightning cards, but due to the limited production of the Lightning card EK didn't keep the block in production for very long.
