A lot of people yes, but compared to during the day, not many at all.

They may also be innactive, but still show. In about 15 minutes it will drop considerably.

4am about 60 people only usually.

Ive been watching most of the times on the main forums and hit refresh every now and then and it seems most of them stay the same every refresh and only a few forums change to a new time meaning a new post.
