Something isn't right

Hey guys,

God, what a morning

for some reason this morning my internet in general has been playing silly buggers.

For instance; loading webpages, some load as usual, Ocuk and Learn direct being the main two, Ebay simply refuses to load, but loads fine from behind a proxy, same for amazon, Facebook loads, but with absolutely no images, so it looks a complete mess

Has anyone got any suggestions on what to try to remedy these problems?

so far i've tried, resetting my router, switch, homeline plugs, changed DNS to google public, and back again,
All the above issues happen across Firefox, Waterfox, Nightly, IE9, Flock.

Oh, i can still download things just fine. so i really am not sure where the problem lays.
*edit* the connection is wired, ISP is post office.

It sounds like a routing issue if you're able to load the same sites using a proxy.

There isn't much you can do if it is at the ISP's end. I couldn't find a service status page for the PO. It might be worth giving 'em a call.

does seem to be there end tbh, everything is working again at long last.
