If this is in the wrong section, please move.

Well, after fiddling about inside my pc when turning on I saw a lot of messages that I had never seen before.
I will replay the events as I remember it:
Pressed the power button.
Three beeps
Black screen
Message- cmos battery low (then some more about CMOS, but did not have enough time to read)
Message- new cpu detected, please reinstall windows (all I did was move some case fans???)
Black screen
screen with options for windows appears (normal or safe mode???)
black screen
loads up normally???

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???????
Is my computer broke? I dare not turn it off to see if it is broken, so for now it is on.....

Help please

EDIT: actually just reboot it first, I bet its all fine now.

If not then turn it off, disconnect power. Make sure all connectors and components are firmly seated.

I'd pop a new battery in seems it isn't keeping your bios settings correctly, had this happen to me on my asrock board. Apart from that do what Pallys said.

The motherboard battery can be built using three different technologies: Nickel-cadmium (NiCd), NVRAM (Non-Volatile RAM) and Lithium (Li). The Lithium battery, which is a round one (the size of a coin) and can be easily found at watchmaker's and computer parts stores, has long been the most used type. To buy one of these batteries, all you have to do is to look for a model CR2032 one.

CR2032 :)

If I were you I would 1st off check that you haven't dislodged the CMOS battery somehow; once I opened my case to replace my HSF, and subsequently had problems with the CMOS-turned out it had come loose slightly.

If that doesn't work get a new battery. Also, clear your CMOS and any overclock settings you have.

Then I would (if it was me) reinstall Windows to try and get rid of the errors-it can't hurt and there is nothing like a fresh clean install :D
