Hi All Something strange is going on in T.V World ha! I recently posted about the Sony kdl37ex723bu model being discontinued in major stores ,well it seems LG are folllowing this and have discontinued the 37lm620t model which means that now you jump from a LG 32 inch T.V to a 42 inch , & 32 inch to 40 inch Sony T.V anyone know why this is happening ? are sales down on the mid range sets ?

37" has never been particularly popular, and I imagine it's got something to do with whoever is producing the panels choosing to reduce production on that particular size.

Yeah i agree with you ! and i did a bit of research myself ha! and the Sony 40 inch T.V measures 94.3 wide ( not screen size ) and the Lg 42 inch measures 93.3 wide ! unless the different websites have put down the wrong dimentions ?

Could never see the point of a 37" tv.

When I bought my Samsung tv, it was cheaper to buy the 40" rather than the 37".

I agree and you only see a difference if its going from a 32 to 40 inch 32 to 37 is not worth the extra money in my view :)
