Probably due to it not containing any money as it was a student's wallet!

I've actually lost a bit of faith in humanity, if all it takes for someone to gain some faith in humanity is to have their line speed increased. This indicates things must be pretty damn bad for such an insignificant affair to boost faith. Worse than I originally thought, anyway. In fact that's pretty ****ing depressing. Thanks OP.

Its more about the restoration of karma. All the bad customer service we receive over the years then bam! someone gets it spot on and makes life just that tiny bit better but just enough to make a difference. He went beyond what he needed to. I thank him and hope that the sad gits like yourself receive poor service for the rest of your lives

Now im off to that special site with all them nice young scantily clad ladies on
