Something's wrong with my Internet!

Hi all,
I'm not sure what's gone wrong.

Woke up this morning and some sites won't work.
For example, All BBC sites, Reddit, Microsoft website. Sometimes they load but without CSS or images.
tpb.pirateparty works but it's in Greek, which is odd.

This site (and quite a lot of others) work absolutely fine.

I thought it might be a DNS issue but flushing my DNS cache didn't help, I'm using Google DNS.

Any ideas?
My router doesn't seem to be reporting any issues with the line, so I'm a bit stuck.

ISP is Talktalk,
I'm not 100% sure how to use tracert but it seems to be patchy, at the moment is wont connect to microsoft.com at all, it just starts timing out after 8 hops.

Had this sort of thing yesterday, but seems fine for me now.

It was a problem with some UK internet thing apparently. Hell broke loose when people couldn't sign into WoW

I just made a thread about this. I'm having the exact same issue... Some web pages aren't loading properly. Nothing hosted on Imgur is loading properly.

Mine seems to be working again, although my parents are getting very upset because Iplayer keeps buffering.

friend was told by 02 that an underwater pipe has been damaged which is causing major havoc across europe atm and a range of ISP's are affected.

All has been fine for myself on Sky
