Sometimes Hangs on Boot

I wonder if someone can help me here. Sometimes my computer will hang just before displaying the Windows loading screen. So just after the motherboard splash screen is displayed, but before the windows loading screen (not desktop screen).

Sometimes it does it, sometimes not. If I leave it long enough, it will eventually load, but we're talking several minutes. Now I don't bother waiting and just hit the reset on the case, and other than having to push Enter to boot windows normally, has no problem loading up right away.

The computer is clean, no viruses and no junk programs, etc. Can anyone shed some light on what is going on here?

Is the system clocked?

If it is, and even if it isn't, try knocking up the vCore voltage a couple of increments.

It's a quick easy test - and sometimes cures cold boot issues.

No not clocked. I'll give this a try.
