Sonic motherboard

Anyone know anything about these boards and how good asrock are compared to others like Asus or MSI on the z790 boards?

Their mid/high end are the same as anyone's else. This one is unfortunately budget, I found that it only has a 6 layer PCB. I am sure many will say so what, the average consumer won't know the difference, but to me it will feel pretty cheap.

Ye i noticed that ,however with my new build i know im going to go for the 13700k it should be ok im not going to overclock or anything crazy like that - just love the design of it :)

Let me know how it is, may get one myself. My current mobo needs a washer mod for SSD contact to mobo heatsink, may send it back because that is ********.
 
I thought this would just be a name, like you know.. Torpedo, but it's actually Sonic the hedgehog :eek: (and to my surprise, it's not £1000, but fairly reasonable for a Z790 board)

Hahah yep i was the same as you , happy i got it. A review on anther board came out today :

Not the same board but nearly the same specs and it seemed fine, so should be all good
