No way in hell Im missing this :D, I love slipknot, Anthrax and megadeth, its just the fact of gathering over 200 quid on a 7.50 a week paper round :P

I'm in more than likely, think this has definitely tipped the balance towards Sonis over DL, I'll be at DL either way, but might work it if the lineup doesn't improve

Tempted purely for the big 4, haven't seen Metallica since the Death Magnetic launch gig in 2008 and Megadeth since the Countdown to Extinction tour! :p

Man you saw them on the countdown tour? I'm very jealous... that will have been their "classic" lineup too. I saw them two years ago on their united abominations tour - wasn't too great but I'm hoping for more this time.

They have improved a lot in the last year or so. Saw them at download and they were by far the best band up on Saturday and second only to Acdc for the weekend. The 2 live albums they've had out this year give a good indication of how good they were at download.

Awesome. I downloaded the rust in peace live cd and dvd and they are both fantastic. They do seem to have gotten things back together now that their old bassist is back.

I hate you. Countdown to Extinction was their greatest era. Classic line up and superfast shredding. I was only about 12 or 13 back then so no chance of me going.

You know full well that I'm coming simon :D Not missing this for anything!

However, like everyone else, I'm a bit perplexed about the choice of biffy. Heck, maybe they'll bring on matt cardle as a special guest :p
