as are the D40/D40X/D60 plus there is a very good chance that the D3/D700 sensor is actually fabbed by Sony no matter who designed it. I don't know about the sensors for the compacts but even Canon buy some Sony sensors.
Also apparently in recent Nikon firmware there is code for a 24Mp body & who has a 24Mp sensor announced ...?
