Desire also has the same connection as the X10.

Have both phones with me now...with have a longer play with the X10 before making a decision.

I will say that the desire is a better pick up and use phone, if I was to give both phones to my utterly useless and short tempered friend he would find the desire instanly easier.
 
i must admit that my htc hero was a lot easier to just pick up and use.


but after a day of work paying me to play with my X10i:D:rolleyes: i must say it is much better at the social life and media side of things beats the htc hands down on that, which is its main aspect.

the sony time scape is really fun to use i just find myself contacting people just to fill up the little tiles lol.... if all my friends had these none of us would get anything done lol.

and the music player / mediascape is brilliant and i got rid of my ipods for the hero's media players and systems but this media scape is just the dogs dangles.....:cool:
 
using it now, seems ace.trying to get used to swype currently.Does anyone know the best video settings for the display... My ipod rips are tiny. Btw I can't get the hang of punctuation so apologies.
 
Anyones X10 actually have any branded software on them? Only 'orange' thing I can find on my X10 is from the pull down menu at the top where it just says 'orange'
 
Nothing like that on Vodas, just the Web360 homepage and their app shortcuts.

Has anyone found any decent software to convert videos to a good resolution and a playable format? The MediaGo software converted a Simpsons episode from a 175mb .avi file into a 350mb .mp4 file!! :eek:

I used to use Magic Converter (a psp converter) for my W960i but this resolution is too small for the X10 :(

Starting to warm a bit to the x10. Scanning through pictures/video's etc is far better(and faster) on the desire though :/

Still testing some vid's on both but need to find a perfect quality one, from the not so great one's I have the x10 looks very slightly wash out compared to the desire but shows less blocking.

Suprised I can stll type after them little lights between the keys have made several attempts to blind me :p
 
Dose anyone know what the two bright lights between the keys are for?

Also anyone reckon we might get 720p recording on this device with future android updates like the desire wil...?
 
Anyone know how to get street view working on the maps application? I have tried zooming in but it doesnt change to street view.
