WEX aren't expecting stock until late June and I wanted one to take away on July 2nd. Might be a bit close.

I imagine all UK suppliers will get their stock at the same time. I would target your closest photography store as you are unlikely to get much discount

There one listed on ebay from US for £535 plus £32 postage...
And then I guess you also need to add the normal import fee's ..

You are probably looking at 20% VAT + charges on that

Couple of things;

The MK3 and the GM1 have very similar quality (based on the DPview comparison tool). OK the GM1 is thicker will the kit lens.

Can you lot wait for the LX8 announcement? Large sensor (god knows), EVF and 4K video (read mega 1080p for normal people).

Can't wait for the news on LX8 hope they dont disappoint, a 1 inch sensor would be awesome and would tempt me to upgrade from the LX7, which is fantastic little camera, should be cheaper than the Sony too.

No, it is better but bigger than the LX8. The lX8 will be similar tbut the lens will only go to 100mm or so I would have thought to keep the size down.

Am I right in saying that wifi and NFC is the only change in the M1 and M2 range?

Image quality is on par, the M3 is way out of my price range I think

Tilting LCD on the M2 over the M1 as well. You also gain an interface shoe for an optional viewfinder or external flash.
