Sony shuts down Lik Sang :(

For being bullys plain and simple this site spotted a gap in the market and made a business out of it nothing wrong with that.

Sony should be ashamed
 
Sony have made so many mistakes with the PS3; they've lost half their exclusive games to Microsoft, they're ripping people off left right and center and now this.

*shakes head*

Ah well - wasn't going to buy a PS3 anyway. Bring on the Wii I say :)
 
It just really annoys me, mostly because Sony released the PSP 9 months later in Europe then got their knickers in a twist because people wanted it, so imported it.... if they cant release it all at once then don't get funny when people import them. Same thing will happen to the PS3 and Sony only have them selfs to blame.

Now a decent company has to close because Sony were to crap to release it.
 
what i find crazy is why does sony feel the need to spend all this money on law suits.. How about they take the money and spend it on Manufacturing psp's ps3's
so at least then they might be able to release there products to every one at the same time.

Yep, I think it was because of Nintendo or something the last time. I think it was to do with flash carts or a similar dodgy area. Either way somebody bought the company and relaunched it to what just got shut down this time.

I never even heard of Lik Sang :confused: To sell Sony products they had to sign a contract, whats the possibility that it said no selling to EU/USA on it? I'd say very high. So its Lik Sangs fault if thats the case

Could they not have just insisted lik-sang don't accept EU credit cards, similar to the new US ban on online gambling, they don't make the site illegal, just the payment method.

But pushing lik-sang to the point of closure with multiple lawsuits is overkill, thats not protecting their brand, its being a bunch of vindictive fools, especially since it was a problem made worse by their inability to release a console on schedule.

Won't be buying another Sony product again.

Also, my Sony camera randomly broke two weeks ago, only takes pictures of black now. Quality
 
I used to like sony products, but now after this im anti sony.

Lik sang were a good company for console gear. At the end of the day sony got there cut of a console or a game regardless.

I hope they lose millions with the laptop batterys and blu ray.

Was thinking about buying a ps3 eventually but now they can go...... What makes it worse i just placed my first ever order with liksang yesterday!!!! Doubt ill ever see that £18 again... thanks Sony you......

Soon as $ony killed all the Euro imports the clock was ticking :(

Shame i had a few good purchases from them and wanted more but due to $ony it wasnt to happen.........
